Pfaudler's Engineered Systems Group custom designs distillation column systems to suit our customers mass transfer requirements. Whether your process involves stripping, rectification, absorption or batch distillation, Pfaudler can provide a complete turn-key system or individual equipment to cost effectively fulfill your processing needs. System process wetted materials can be alloy, glass-lined (Glasteel®), or plastic-lined. We employ all manner and MOC of column internals whether they are trays, random packing, or high efficiency structured packing.

Pfaudler engineers are also versed in the latest process simulation software. We can model your process to determine optimum operating parameters using Hysys® and then validate the model employing our modern pilot plant test facility.

Pfaudler has extensive experience in high temp low delta P column operations.

High vacuum distillations involving difficult, high melting point or high-boiling materials, as well as corrosive applications are our specialty.
