- RTD Temperature Sensors
  - The RTD Temperature Sensor is the latest development for measuring the temperature of materials processed in glassed steel reactors. It is a three-wire, 100 ohm platinum Resistance Temperature Detector permanently encased in a corrosion resistant tantalum housing. The RTD has a high sensitivity to small temperature changes, which is vital to precise temperature measurement and control within very narrow limits. The output sensitivity is approximately ten times greater than thermocouples used in the same type of applications.
- TMI Temperature Sensor for Baffles and Valves
 - Pfaudler’s integral thin film TMI Tip temperature sensing system is specifically designed for Glasteel® equipment. This innovation allows for quick response temperature sensing in an all glass-lined construction, with a unique spring loaded design eliminating the exposed metals of more traditional temperature sensing devices.
- Glass-Lined Flush Valves
  - Installed on the bottom outlet nozzle of a glass-lined reactor or other vessel, the basic function of any glassed flush bottom valve is simply to open and close the outlet to drain or retain the contents of the vessel. A manual flush valve is opened and closed by turning a handwheel. The two models of air-actuated flush valves employ air pressure to open the valve, spring action to close it. Pfaudler flush valves can also be equipped with RTD Temperature Sensors.
- Pfaudler pH Systems
  - The Pfaudler Glasteel® pH probe was developed for use in the severe, highly corrosive operating environments of agitated glassed steel chemical process reactors. The probe is placed inside the reactor and withstands the rigors of high heat, pressure and dynamic agitation to provide continuous pH measurement. No protective cage is needed or used. The pH probe is ideally suited to situations where slurries are encountered, providing years of service with minimum maintenance.

- Manway Cover with Integral Sight Glass
 - The new integral sight glass is fused directly into a standard Glasteel® manway cover. This makes the cover ideal for ultra-clean operation since there is no sight-glass mounting hardware to create pockets of possible contamination.
- Stainless Steel Spring Assist Device for Glass & Alloy Vessels
 - The spring assist device aids in opening and closing of manway covers, helping to prevent personal and cover damage. The easy cleaning, non-rusting stainless steel construction with FDA-approved sleeve bearings makes the spring assist ideal for pharmaceuticals, food, and other applications.
- EZ-Port™
 - The EZ-Port™ allows for immediate and easy sampling or additions, combining sight glass viewing with handhole access. The EZ-Port™ is designed specifically for use on pressure vessels with a glass-lined cover for maximum chemical resistance.
- Radar Level System
 - The radar level wave-stick is a level gauge designed for the continuous and non-contact level measurement of liquids, pastes, slurries, and liquefied gases in glass-lined or alloy process and storage tanks in even the most difficult conditions.
- Hi-Light™ 80 Vessel Light
 - The efficient, high-output, tungsten-halogen light source and fiber optic light pipe provide superior, uniform illumination inside the vessel. This unit eliminates undesirable spotlight or light-curtain effects, reflection, absorption or obstruction often encountered with common lighting arrangements. Thus, the Hi-Light 80 makes it easy to observe process conditions or changes, and to inspect the vessel wall, agitator or other internal accessories with improved peripheral illumination.
- Pfiber-Light™
 - Designed as a flexible lighting system for vessels that have a limited number of nozzle openings, the Pfiber-Light may be installed in a variety of configurations. The idea behind the Pfiber-Light is to allow sharing of a sight glass port for viewing as well as vessel lighting. Powered by a tungsten-halogen light, the Pfiber-Light is a highly efficient lighting method that provides minimal light loss as compared to conventional lighting that reflects light off the sight glass.
- Agitating Nozzle for Jacketed Reactors
 - Good heating or cooling by liquid flow in a jacketed reactor is possible only when the circulation of fluid is in the turbulent range. With conventional jacketed reactors, the Agitating Nozzle has proven itself to be the most efficient method for producing such turbulence in the jacket.
- GlasSentinel
 - Pfaudler has developed a microprocessor-driven glass failure detection system to help users protect their glass-lined steel equipment investment. The GlasSentinel continuously and automatically monitors the lining integrity of up to eight process units. Controlled by an on-board microprocessor which supervises the input of probes installed in the vessel, it can be tied into either an audible alarm or a control system.

  - Pfaudler split flanges are used to connect accessories such as seal housings, valves and baffles to the nozzles of Pfaudler glassed-steel vessels. They are also used to interconnect glassed pipe and fittings.
